Additional rules:
We ask that you treat inventory with respect: broken furniture, broken crockery, vases and glasses, as well as heavily soiled towels (make-up/sand/etc.) need to be charged to the guest.
Non smoking (also in the common pool area)
Noise: Permitted noise disturbing other occupants, especially between 10:00 PM at night and 8 AM in the morning. Especially in the outside areas.
Parking: Each vehicle must be parked in the corresponding place according to the enumeration established for each Condominium
Common Pool Area: Open 8 AM - 10 PM Only the registrated guests are allowed to use. By using the pool and palapa area, you are responsible for leaving the area clean and free of trash. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of $50.00
Security: All doors and windows must remain closed at all times (especially at night and when guests leave the property).
Please use the bins in the bathrooms for toilet paper and toiletries. Not caring may result in additional costs as a team will need to come and take care of the clogged toilet.
Check-Out after 10 AM: The cost is $25 for every 15 minutes. The Housekeeping team is unable to clean rooms as needed during occupancy time.
